NEW TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA APPLICATION BEFORE LEAVING CANADA

Are you currently in Canada as Temporary resident with a valid student permit or work permit? You need to get a new temporary resident visa in order to return to Canada before leaving.

You can apply in Canada if:

o    You are legally admitted as a student or temporary foreign worker

o    You are in Canada with a Canadian residential address

• Your current temporary resident status is still valid, and your existing visa counterfoil is expired or was valid for only one entry
• You need a new temporary resident visa to return to Canada in the near future.
